A Temur group hug/political deck! All of the cards aren't so much there to punish/reward anybody, just to throw a monkey wrench into people's plans. Ideally I flood everyone with mana to get on their good sides while at the same time complicating the game. Eventually when I get enough mana I'll play a giant x-cost card for the win. It's pure controlled chaos.
