The main goal of the deck is to abuse Naban, Dean of Iteration in order to get high value from a number of your creature's ETB effects, namely Silvergill Adept and Resilient Khenra.

Champion of Wits didn't make the cut because its stat-line is a little below curve and it doesn't actually net cards; it just filters.

Another spicy inclusion is Siren Stormtamer which serves a number of purposes. It protects our creatures from spot removal and settle, AND is a wizard. Since we have a number of creatures with flash in addition to a total of 15 instants, holding up mana is almost safe, giving us plenty of power on our opponents turn as well. Siren Stormtamer is just one of these options.
