This deck is an aetherworks marvel deck that focuses on bringing out big creatures by using 6 energy such as void winnower, inkwell leviathan, desolation twin and ulamog. Since Ulamogs price recently dropped (thank god!) I can now buy him cheaper. To generate energy simply spam rogue refiners, whirler virtuosos and woodweavers puzzleknot.

If you are looking to up the budget here are some suggestions:

1 Inkwell Leviathan + 1 Desolation Twin< 2 Ulamog the Ceaseless Hunger. The leviathan and the desolation twin may be good, but the sheer power of Ulamog makes him a priority pick.

1 Shielded Aether Thief< 1 Chandra Flamecaller. Shielded aether thief may be good to pull out as a blocker, but Chandra provides the instant threat that is needed in late game situations.

For lands, the whole thing needs to be redone:
