This is the first deck I've made that I'd actually consider finished*, due in no small part to the simplicity of it. It's pretty straightforward: play your petitioners, mill your friends (or soon-to-be enemies), and the remaining 58 cards are there to either help get more petitioners, capitalize off the ones you have, provide their own source of mill, or be generally useful in their own right. I went with Teferi for the sole reason that his -1 means another 12 cards in the bin.

*The deck is only marked "prototype" because the system won't let me have a deck with 42 petitioners if I don't mark it as such. It's finished in my eyes, but not in those of the law.
