The standard mix of stax and control to survive finding The Chain Veil and create infinite mana off mana rocks, thus creating infinite Teferi activations with infinite Veil activations, drawing the deck until Ugin, the Spirit Dragon appears and ends the game.

You could say that this is a budget version as cards like The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale and Timetwister are just pipe dreams.
