The deck is simple. Mill your self, use Rally the Ancestors, bring your creatures back, win big.

Using Life from the Loam, Faithless Looting, Dangerous Wager, and Satyr Wayfinder, you can put multiple cards into your graveyard to make the most out the rally. Then to assure that the Zuberas don't exile with the upkeep trigger, use Viscera Seer to scry into another Rally the Ancestors and complete the cycle again. Our win condition is to use Ember-Fist Zuberas, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Blood Artist to deal massive damage/life loss. And because you are going to lose life for the dual lands/City of Brass, the life gain from Blood Artist, Silent-Chant Zubera, and Zulaport Cutthroat help balance the loss.
