Here are the changes I recommend, which I'll explain below:
+3 card:Full Moon's Rise
In the SB:
+2 Annihilating Fire (to replace the Searing Spear you put in the Main)
As you noted in your article, this deck isn't great against Mono-Red. Mayor of Avabruck Flip and Wolfir Silverheart are too slow. card:Full Moon's Rise allows you to race harder, win in combat, and gives you more game against control (since they'll need two board wipes to deal with your creatures instead of just one, except for Terminus ). I really think Rise is one of the best cards for Werewolves, but I'd also never run 4.The additional Huntmaster in the Sideboard also really helps against Red.
The change from Silverheart to Instigator Gang is a suggestion I'd test before adopting. The Human side is probably worse, but the Werewolf side is definitely better. Also, Instigator's buff is harder to chump block, and can have a greater effect, sooner.
I prefer Searing Spear over Annihilating Fire in the mainboard, since the point of mana is more relevant than the exile clause in most matchups. I'd like to cut Annihilating Fire entirely (Main and SB, replace with Flames of the Firebrand ), but the fact that it's an instant is more relevant in your deck than others. I prefer Bonfire over both of these, but since it's in your Maybeboard, I assume price is a concern.
One last option, and I have no idea if it will work, is to play Dangerous Wager over Faithless Looting in the Sideboard. It being an instant means you can pass your turn without playing spells (flipping your guys), and still have plays on the opponent's turn if need be. But it's quality will change depending on how fast you normally empty your hand.
