It's the classic Sharuum the Hegemon combo deck. Lots of artifacts to combo and also to get graveyard shenanigans.

Main combos are Time Sieve with Thopter Assembly or Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek, Altar of the Brood with Sculpting Steel, Myr Battlesphere + Nim Deathmantle + Krark-Clan Ironworks or Krark-Clan Ironworks + Myr Retriever + Scrap Trawler + Etherium Sculptor + Commander's Sphere for any colored mana and Solemn Simulacrum for draw (works with both of the combos that don't win or take infinite turns. And Ashnod's Altar is an alternate to Krark-Clan Ironworks

Win conditions are Marionette Master, Exsanguinate, and the Altar of the Brood + Sculpting Steel combo.

Most of the rest of the deck is there to tutor out a combo, remove cards opponents have to disrupt you, or to scare opponents and shift their attention away from your combos with cards like Sen Triplets, Platinum Angel, Platinum Emperion
