The point of this deck is to ramp and stall(slightly) untill the opponent is overrun by value and lands. The deck is build around Tatyova, Benthic Druid and meant to be very budget (i seem to be failing at that however) and rotation proof.

The main combo of the deck is Scapeshift with Tatyova, Benthic Druid allowing you to draw 5-6 cards easily while gaining the same amount of life. If the combo happens later in the game you can often times draw 9-12 cards (remember to fetch Reliquary Tower . After this The Mending of Dominaria repeats the combo. With this massive card/life advantage you can kill your opponent with a big multani or with sylvan awakening or against blue-white control Nezahal, Primal Tide .

To get to this state in the game we use ramp which also works well with Tatyova, Benthic Druid as we will usually be dropping 2-3 lands every turn with cards like Dryad Greenseeker and Thaumatic Compass   to get the lands and Wayward Swordtooth to empty them out of our hand.

Against agro or creature heavy line-ups Time of Ice is an all-star. Cute plays like bouncing the time of ice to hand to play it again is devistating tempo disruption as it allows you to keep creatures tapped for 4 turns after which you send them all back to the hand. The Merfolk Trickster is also nice in this combo and is a great extra early blocker to stop the bleeding in the early game.

I have played around with Crucible of Worlds but it feels like it is doing the same as mending is only less reliably as it is only usefull after dumping with scapeshift. The one advantage crucible has is that it combos amazingly with Field of Ruin . But as i am trying to keep it budget i will stick to the mendings.
