A Note The store that I play at has no ban list, so this deck is not technically Commander legal.

This deck gets Fastbond into play, and then draw's it's deck with fastbond and a land that you can bounce repeatedly for free (also Storm Cauldron and any land that doesn't deal damage when it becomes tapped/replayed) After you draw your deck, send Tatyova to the shadow realm with one of the assorted removal spells. After that you play Courser of Kruphix or Retreat to Kazandu , then you make infinite mana by bouncing an island and a forest with Storm Cauldron . Finally, cast your very large Walking Ballista and decide who gets second, third, and fourth place.

This list is missing some of the staxier elements that I would like, including Torpor Orb and perhaps a Null Rod - I have not done any testing with them, but there are certainly slots that I would be happy to replace (mainly Propaganda and Silent Arbiter )

The mana base in this is kind of terrible right now, there certainly needs to be more islands.
