This is easily one of my most favourite, and notorious, decks to play. Smash your opponents faces with

Avacyn, Angel of Hope

No fancy-shamancy infinite combos!

A couple of things to consider while building Avacyn:

1: There are barely any solid ramp cards in white, aside from Land Tax, so mana rocks like Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo are a necessity in assuring you get Avacyn out as quickly as possible. I also include the mana doublers Caged Sun, Extraplanar Lens and Gauntlet of Power for back up. Sword of the Animist is a new inclusion; Not only does it fetch you that much needed land, but it gives anything swinging it an extra +1/+1 to boot.

2: Opponents DO NOT like you having indestructible permanents, especially large flyers, and will stop at nothing to reduce your fun as much as possible. Cavern of Souls will ease your mind, allowing your angels to be cast without worry of a pesky Counterspell. Grand Abolisher also lets you to play spells during your turn with not a worry in the world.

3: White is fantastic for control. Ghostly Prison imposes a tax on each creature your opponents wish to attack you with. Angel of Serenity and Admonition Angel get rid of those pesky problems that come about and also act as political motivators, gaining you allies, if not only temporary, on your path to victory. Linvala and Angel of Jubilation can almost completely shut down some Black, Green and Artifact decks. And don't even get me started on the joy felt seeing the looks on everyone's faces after Aven Mindcensor is flashed in, in response to a Demonic Tutor.

4: White LOVES its board-wipes. Planar Cleansing, Rout and newly acquired Wave of Reckoning all live up to my expectations, although my personal favourite is Avacyn wielding the game ending Worldslayer, absolutely demolishing all but your own board-state.

5: VOLTRON. Avacyn's best chance of victory is through commander damage. Celestial Mantle, True Conviction, Sword of Feast and Famine and Loxodon Warhammer give a great boost to Avacyn's power, especially when combined with Rogue's Passage. My personal choice however, is the absolutely and undeniably flavourful Eldrazi Conscription. 18/18, annihilator, trampling Avacyn?? Yes please!

6: Lifegain. This one is obvious. Celestial Mantle and True Conviction work double time to give you the most outta life. Serra Ascendant gives you an outrageous lead early game. And do I even need to explain the filthy, yet utterly angelic, Serra Avatar + Wall of Reverence synergy?? Beautiful!

All in all, Avacyn is a pretty basic commander to pilot. Of course there are little utility cards peppered throughout the deck, and if you choose to build this, are completely up to you to take out and/or keep in.

Hope you enjoy it!

Please, let me know what you think :)
