Game plan:

Control the game with cheap or free answers that you can recur with your general. The goal of the deck is to be basically nothing but answers, mana, tutors and card draw, as light on cards that do nothing outside of a combo as possible.

Win cons:

Infinite mana into Tasigur for infinite Praetor's Grasps, or infinite turns. Critical cards: Deserted Temple + Rings of Brighthearth .
