Not one for writing primers, but this is the Tasigur list I use frequently. It's a little more creature heavy than normal lists, as I do like to run some creatures rather than spot removal and counterspells. If you're an aggro player at heart and want to take advantage of this guy, this is your list.

The deck wins through a handful of lines:1. Use Emtomb or discard effect to pitch Jin-Gitaxis, follow with reanimate spell. Profit. 2. Cast Doomsday. My general pile for DD is from top to bottom: FoW, brainstorm, lab man, thought scour, git probe. Usually this requires a good amount of mana, or an extremely lucky start; however it wins games. 3. Phantasmal Image + Palinchron/ DED + Palinchron into Tassy triggers and so on and so forth. 4. Out value your oponent. Tasigur is a 4/5, and creatures like Sphinx of Uthuun and Consecrated Sphinx are still beaters if necessary.
