Copied deck (from the one lower down in my sidebar) and I made some changes to it.

goal is to control the game, establish a draw engine, make infinite mana, then draw deck and win.

high tide is good.
ways to make infinite mana:
deadeye + palinchron
bloom tender + untap enchantment
high tide + enough islands + palinchron
kiora's follower + utopia sprawl + untap enchantment

Currently missing: underground sea, imperial seal, and grim tutor. No idea where/if to put in traverse the ulvenwald. Deathrite really should be arbor elf but I like it too much (have a decent amount of graveyard decks in my meta). Crucible should probably be life from the loam, will be testing soon.
