Tasigur, King of Goblins
First of all, yes, this deck is odd. I like to brew, and strange brews are the most satisfying to me. That and playing things that make people wonder what is going on??? How am I losing to goblins that don't even attack???
But it is powerful, and it can win at FNM, which is where most of us actually play. Not at the Pro Tour, at FNM. Besides, who doesn't want to play the combo of Sensation Gorger and Tasigur, the Golden Fang as the centerpiece to a modern deck that beats your friends? I certainly do.
From testing this deck normally has about a 50/50 shot at making the opponent discard their hand and draw 4 cards, which is pretty hilarious with Waste Not and/or Liliana's Caress in play.
Turn 1: land, Prickly Boggart
Turn 2: land, Frogtosser Banneret
Turn 3: land, Sensation Gorger, Waste Not
Turn 4: reveal any goblin or shaman... Profit.
Or Turn 3: land, Earwig Squad --> search opponents library for 3 cards and exile them.
Or perhaps a Turn 2 Tasigur, the Golden Fang seems good? Burning Inquiry in your starting hand makes this possible, and so much more.
Once you have one of your discard engines online (Liliana's Caress or Waste Not) you can utilize Boggart Harbinger to tutor up another Boggart Harbinger or another Sensation Gorger. With 2 Sensation Gorgers active any reveal of a creature will force the opponent to discard at least 4, even from an empty hand! Often the draws will get you a Burning Inquiry and you can really have some fun.
Extra delve helps to stack your graveyard with exactly what you need to bring back.
