This deck aspires to turn Tamiyo's Journal into a milling tool. For the low price of 3 clue tokens (easily generated by Erdwal Illuminator, Thraben Inspector, and the journal itself), you can search for a card; and if you have Fleeting Memories, you mill 9 cards in the process. This combines into a deadly engine that pulls Part the Waterviel repeatedly, milling your opponent into oblivion before they have the chance to ask what happened.

In the meantime, add pressure with Sphinx's Tutelage. Chump block with Manic Scribe and Reflector Mage, and keep any fast-moving opponents in line using Engulf the Shore.
