Extreme budget draw.

Rule #1 Any card must have been printed as a common at some point. Except for the commander.

Rule #2 No cards priced over 1$. Sideboard is cards that currently are to expensive to go in the deck.

I found this deck surprisingly fun to play. Granted you do nothing until turn 4 when Talrand comes into play. But after hes out, its pretty much only your mana that limits how many cards you can play each turn. Feels abit like Solitaire/High Tide at times.

The power level isnt amazing, but its definitely playable.
