This deck is pretty straight forward.

There are probably better card choices for it, but I generally like this build more than most other Talrand lists that I've seen.

Get Talrand out, play lots of cheap spells to make drakes, and then take a bunch of extra turns with Time Warp , Capture of Jingzhou , or Temporal Manipulation . Snapcaster and Archaomancer should help get a few of these back.

This deck is vulnerable to board sweeps, so you want to just set up and go off before an opponent can take a turn to clear your board.

Defend your mana doublers. If you can untap with one of them in play, you usually win, unless your hand is garbage.
