If you guys know a way to make this run really good without wasting too much money, please let me know...

First: it's not only a budget, but also a casual deck, so please don't judge me that hard. I live on a small city on Brazil and... well.. they don't sell magic here. Expensive shit to buy from the internet. Ehehehe. Those are my cards at the momment.

Well, basically the idea here is to create tokens with our Commander Talrand! Trying to keep it a "mid budget" deck, using lots of counterspells and control to generate tokens, using aswell "Metallurgic Summonings" to do that job for us.

Try to use your counterspells on big creatures that your drakes can't handle, for example, creatures with trample... Darksteel Colossus, Dragon Tyrant, stuff like that, and also, stuff that might kill your tokens and/or enchantments/artifacts that'll give big trouble to you during the game. Try to stay away from Nekusar, eheheh.

The global removal (I called this way) like cyclonic rift and stuff like that are really condition cards... might be for a winning round or to stay alive.

High Tide is very good to run lots of stuff on the same turn, but might not have a great synergy with the deck if not running enough cantrips and draws.

Mass Polymorph is for casting "Diluvian Primordial" and "Scourge of Fleets", I called it a mini-combo because when both enters the battlefield you have cool effects to use, like casting sorcery/instant from tha enemys graveyard and also removing the enemys from the table, depending on the momment of the game it might also be a win condition.

The 1st win condition your deck gives is slowly generating tokens... Running caged sun for value.

Mask Of Avacyn is to protect Talrand, if you can give it a better equipment like Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot boots, go for it! or Zephid's Embrace, idk. Just running what I have atm.

I really think this deck kinda need more cantrips and draw.

It might be good one spell to tutor our sorceries and instants... It might be good adding a "Future Sight" enchantment...It might be good adding a "Mystic Remora" It might be good adding "Blatant Thievery"...It might be good adding more cantrips / low draw cards to keep the deck running.It might be good change mask of avacyn for swiftfoot boots or lightning greaves.It might be good adding rise from the tides for win condition.

Arcane meele is a shitty card imo, I dont have anythin better to swap for it, and as long it helps me to stay low on mana cost im okay with that, but I'm thinking on running Baral, Chief of Compliance or Jace's Sanctum

I really accept tips and ideas, specially if you can tell me what is shitty on the deck, and what I SHOULD remove to swap for better cards.
