Commander's Quarters has actually redone Talrand for a more recent decklist on him. This was my first Commander's Quarters deck I bought, which subsequently became my first deck that made my friends say things like, "Oh, I don't wanna play this game then." This deck usually ends up controlling games, choosing what spells come through and choosing who is gonna get to cast spells or not. Even with no counterspells in hand, opponents tremble at the possibility with open mana. It's a deck that's fun to play but I always at least have one person complaining if I win (like the one time my buddy was gonna wipe my board by targeting my drake and then destroying all of my drakes along with it. I used Intervene to counter his spell since it targeted a creature and then flew in with my drakes for lethal damage, winning the game. I would have lost if I didn't leave myself with a single blue mana open.). It's a deck that I find fun to play, but nobody finds fun to play against.
