Casual Talrand deck that was made with a very strict budget. The cards in the maybeboard are other cards I currently own that I could switch in for something else if it would improve the deck. (The cards in the sideboard are just a reminder of things I need to sub out when I use two of my decks, as I use some mana rocks in both decks, e.g., Mind Stone)

If there are any substitutions that you would recommend, I would be happy to hear them! Also, I appreciate card suggestions as long as they are cheap. There are some things I know I'm missing (e.g., mass bounce), but I haven't been able to get them yet from people in my LGS.

Not looking to go too deep into counterspell waters, to keep things fun at the kitchen table.
