This ever evolving steal-your-opponent's-deck deck starts with flickering (temporarily exiling a card to gain it's ETB effect repeatedly) Hostage Taker and/or Gonti, Lord of Luxury to use your opponent's deck against him/her. Tempest Djinn quickly grows into a big attacker, while Solemn Recruit grows each time you flicker a card.

Cast Down, Fatal Push and Seal Away provide a bit of board control. With luck, and flickering of Hostage Taker and Gonti, Lord of Luxury your opponent won't get too many creatures out. Protect your own creatures with Adamant Will and some flicker effects. Rescue, Siren's Ruse and Illusionist's Stratagem should help Angel of Condemnation to keep the flicker going.
