This deck is mostly a dragon trial deck with Queen Marchesa for the card draw. There isn't a lot of card draw besides of the monarch and Phyrexian Arena. This isn't really a problem with this deck.

The most important cards are Scourge of Valkas/Dragon Tempest to burn down your opponents while you are making a board presence. Conspiracy to change all the tokens and other creatures into dragons. Utvara Hellkite as your main win condition dragon.

The main strategy is to win by attacking for example: Gisela, Blade of Goldnight with True Conviction or a Scourge of Valkas/Dragon Tempest with Conspiracy and a token generator.

If your opponents are untouchable because of cards like Propaganda or Blazing Archon, use cards like Scourge of Valkas, Purphoros, God of the Forge or Dragon Tempest.

Furthermore there are a some token generators like Dragonmaster Outcast, Utvara Hellkite, Skyline Despot or Dragon Whisperer.

Other cards are protective cards like Yosei, the Morning Star, Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs or even Hoarding Dragon as a sacrificable blocker that gives value. Because you're attacking, most of the time your creatures will be tapped (if you don't have Akroma's Memorial on the battlefield). One of my favorite cards is Rimescale Dragon, because of the ability to lock down the board of some opponents.

A sort of combo in the deck is the Sword of Kaldra, Shield of Kaldra and Helm of Kaldra combo. The cards standalone are great and you're able to make an awesome creature for just one colorless mana with all three on the battlefield. You could tutor for the pieces when needed with Hoarding Dragon or just get Akroma's Memorial.
