AKA, The Deck Formally Known as Tainted Waters. Originally, I wanted this deck to focus on zombies, cycling cards, and using spells to disrupt spells and mill my opponent's cards. However, the focus has switched over to a full mill strategy. There's a solid mixture of blue and black spells, with the goal of whittling down the opponent's deck faster than they can form a solid defense. The zombie theming has been eliminated--I'll be doing a full zombie deck soon, and some of the original strategies will return there.
This deck definitely requires work, and represents my very first effort in building a deck, so constructive suggestions are more than welcome.
Edit, 7.4.2017: Redesigned the entire deck--removed all Zombie cards, cycling and other non-mill elements. Added 1x Balustrade Spy (GTC), 1x Phenax, God of Deception (BNG), 1x Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker (DGM), 2x Mnemonic Wall (THS), 1x Evil Twin (MM3), 2x Dinrova Horror (MM3), 1x Incursion Specialist (GTC), 4x Returned Centaur (THS), 4x Crosstown Courier (RTR), 1x Slate Street Ruffian (GTC), 1x Accursed Witch (SOI) F.
Edit, 7.1.2017: Removed 1x Ghoulraiser (ISD), 1x Seagraf Skaab (SOI), 1x Weave Fate (KTK), 1x Sweep Away (OGW). Placed 2x Negate (AER) on sideboard. Added 1x Unmake the Graves (M15), 1x Horror of the Dim (GTC), 2x Shambling Attendants (KTK), 1x Dinrova Horror (MM3), 1x Stir the Sands (AKH).
Edit, 6.28.2017: I came into a lot of cards thanks to a friend of mine, and completely redesigned this deck from what it was before. I believe the current deck better represents what I wanted this deck to accomplish. I also decided to focus heavily on milling, in addition to the cycling and zombie strategy.
