My take on a Tainted Remedy (with Shrieking Affliction) deck. Have seen lots of decks lately which use Tainted Remedy but none as this.

Everything that heals will do damage after Tainted Remedy is out. Pretty easy to understand. Especially the combination with Wall of Shards is interesting. It's also directly the only card I'm not sure about...

One combo that's not entirely obvious is the Orzhov Basilica with Raven's Crime. The land card retrieved can be retraced (if wished) to let the opponent discard another card. After you've 3 mana on the battlefield you might as well retrace the other land cards.

It's a budget deck (including land cards and I do realise that 50% of my budget is going into this). Budget < $40.--
