Budget list revolving mainly around casting instants/sorceries for draw/value/control before eventually leading up to a large Rise from the Tides (token generators in Army of the Damned and Empty the Pits, cast before Rise for best benefit). A handful of Zombie lords and then a backup win con of Deadeye/Peregrine Drake for infinite mana into a BSZ or Torment of Hailfire round out the deck.
