This is my current paper build of Taigam. It is mainly a control deck using the first half of Taigam's ability, with multiple combo victory lines:

Time Warp + Relearn + Call to Mind is infinite turns with Taigam out. Casting Time Warp for two extra turns is usually enough to string together a victory, and it's worth going for whenever you can.

Flash + Academy Rector finds Dovescape or Omniscience (or humility, if you really need it). Dovescape works as a very powerful stax piece (asymmetrical with Taigam out), and Omniscience is Omniscience. All of these expensive enchantments can be cast uncounterably with Show and Tell.

Once you have infinite turns or Omniscience, the actual win condition is Dramatic Scepter (either storm with Dynavault Tower or Copy Artifact+Swan Song). You can also win with Monastery Mentor/Dovescape combat damage, if you're cool.
