A dimir self-mill deck that focuses on reanimating big creatures with Taigam, Sidisi's Hand as the commander. The general theme of the deck is control, trying to ramp the first few turns and holding up counter magic. I generally try to get my commander out as fast as possible as his self-mill ability really helps the deck get going and is also handy at killing creatures with his activated ability, even indestructible creatures! Paradox Haze helps here a LOT as all of a sudden each turn you get to look at the top 6 cards of your library and put 2 of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard, which is what you probably wanted anyways.

The rest of the deck is big creatures with ways to reanimate them or make tokens of them to lock down the board state and threaten the table with dangerous effects like Stormtide Leviathan , Kederekt Leviathan , Fleet Swallower , Consuming Aberration etc. etc. to have big swings in turns.

Omen Machine and Arcane Laboratory offers a sort of soft lock on the game, which we get to avoid if our commander's out on the battlefield because with Taigam's ability you technically don't draw cards, you just put them into your hand.
