Tahngarth, all the triggers.

Commander / EDH* RG (Gruul)

Phosphene

Tahngarth On Attack triggers.

When i first read Tahngarth, First Mate, I fell in love with his second line of text. It makes for a really interesting voltron commander since you can manage to get damage on your opponents turns by giving him away during attacks. But it gets even better! If you put artifacts or enchantments that have on attack or on damage triggers, since you are the controller these spells even when you do not have control of Tahngarth you are the one who receives the benefits. This is the theme of the deck: Making sure your opponents attack each combat so you can pass Tahngarth around the table getting commander damage through while reaping the benefits of artifacts and enchantments attached to him.
