This is a Mono-Black standard deck that relies wholly on Amonkhet and Hour of Devastation cards and is very budget friendly.

Decklist included is sub 10 dollars! (The TCG mid range Price is a bit off on TappedOut)

The best way to describe the efficiency of the cards in this deck is to highlight the main combo cards.

Ruthless Sniper is your efficient way to do two things. #1) effectively weaken your opponents creatures #2) create synergy with discarded cycling cards

Vile Manifestation is the turn two choice here, paired with Ruthless Sniper this card synergizes well. You will efficiently be weakening the opponents creatures, cycling, and drawing cards to prepare your arsenal. As you'll note, most of the creature cards in this deck only require one black mana to cycle. Making the cycling effect extremely efficient.

Horror of the Broken Lands and Lurching Rotbeast are both efficient creatures for cycling. With Wander in Death these cards can be brought back for play in the mid to late game as heavy hitters.

Faith of the Devoted lets you apply direct damage to your opponent and gain like from for the cycling process. This card is a dead drop though so I have decided to only use two copies. It serves no immediate purpose, so avoid overstocking these into your mainboard.

As this deck is playtested I will develop the primer further to best give anybody wanting to try this deck out an understanding of how to best utilize each card through the game process.

Side note - I am new to standard play in a way, the last time that I have played standard was during the Zendikar block. This is my first attempt at creating a budget standard deck that could potentially win games and earn rewards. In no way do I think it is top tier or that it would win at a high competitive level. If you are looking for decks like that, they are likely going to cost you a sufficient amount of money.

As this deck is designed to be a super budget friendly and effective deck, it can not support the card costs of cards like Fatal Push. Of course this would be a great addition, but please only suggest cards that are less than 4 or 5 dollars. Even then, those cards will likely only be suggested in the maybe board for those who want to expand on this idea.

For the best results of this style of gameplay, a splash red for Soul-Scar Mage and Desert Cerodon would likely be a great idea. You could also use the Cartouche of Zeal for an expedited process of attack. Archfiend of Ifnir and Shock or Magma Spray could then be added for more effect.
