Syr Faren, the Hengehammer is almost like a mini Zada, Hedron Grinder. All creature buffs and combat tricks can be spread to one other creature. If that creature is a Glistener Elf or a Blight Mamba then infect can become a real threat, especially in the early game.

Expect to kill one or two players by turn 5 and then get targeted out of the game. But revel in that early kill. You earned it.
