I typically avoid blue due to my loathing of control decks. This a mono blue control-tinged aggro deck, what could possibly go wrong?!

Cosi's Trickster t1 option, I hear fetch lands are pretty popular.

Cursecatcher t1 option as well, can throw opponents off tempo which is good for me.

Harbinger of the Tides its Flash is worth it to bounce something you could not otherwise control or if your opponent ramped into something not so nice.

Master of Waves devotion to blue is strong in this deck so why not reward myself? Big time potential bomb.

Lord of Atlantis and now we get into the lords, a lot of them.

Master of the Pearl Trident lord, exact functional copy of Lord of Atlantis but two drop lords are great.

Merfolk Sovereign thank lord for the lord that lets me swing unblocked.

merrow reejery taps down nasty stuff for me to go on the offensive or protect myself.

Downpour more tapping of things.

Vapor Snag in case tapping of the thing isn't enough.

Negate for when I don't want something to happen.

Remand when I don't need something to happen right now.

Land-try building most decks without it!
