Saproling Swarm
Cast Sprout Swarm with buyback and abusing its convoke, Parallel Lives and Emerald Medallion for many saprolings before the start of your turn. Different set ups for infinite combos:
4x Emerald Medallion,
3x Emerald Medallion + 1x Parallel Lives,
1x Emerald Medallion + 2x Parallel Lives,
3x Parallel Lives = infinite saps
Paired with Essence Warden, infinite life
Utopia Mycon, infinite mana
Nullmage Shepherd, gratuitous artifact and enchantment destruction
Deathspore Thallid, basically clears the board of non pro-black creatures
Skullclamp for strong card draw, combos well with Nemata, Grove Guardian and Utopia Mycon if you have 3+ saprolings.
1 mana for many cards:
Sacrifice a saproling to give saps +1/+1 from
Nemata, Grove Guardian, pay 1 mana to equip a saproling and sacrifice that saproling for 1 mana with
Utopia Mycon, draw 2 cards, repeat until you get the cards you need to set up the combos (or run out of saprolings).
The from Sandsteppe Citadel is for flashback Unburial Rites
If Sprout Swarm is countered, the deck gets crippled. It needs help in this area. Considering some combination of Eternal Witness, Revive, Down / Dirty, Vexing Shusher to cope with that.
Update: Some combos I stumbled upon. They require two casts of Sprout Swarm before the combos are self-sustaining. The original combos are self-sustaining after the first cast.
Utopia Mycon + 2x Parallel Lives + 6 untapped creatures/mana (+0x Emerald Medallion)= infinite saps
Tap 5 creatures/mana. Summon 4 saprolings. Tap the 4 saprolings and the 1 remaining creature/mana. Summon 4 saprolings. Tap 4 new saprolings and sacrifice 1 tapped saproling for 1 mana from
Utopia Mycon. Summon 4 saprolings. Repeat the last two steps.

Parallel Lives + 2x
Emerald Medallion + 4 untapped creatures/mana = infinite saprolings
Tap 3 creatures/mana. Summon 2 saprolings. Tap the 2 saprolings and the 1 remaining untapped creature/mana. Summon 2 saprolings. Tap the 2 new saprolings and sacrifice 1 tapped saproling. Summon 2 saprolings. Repeat last two steps.

Emerald Medallion + 6 untapped mana/creatures = infinite life (+4 saproling tokens)
Tap 4 untapped creatures/mana. Summon 2 saprolings. Tap the 2 saprolings and the 1 remaining untapped creature/mana. Summon 2 saprolings. Tap the 2 new saprolings, sacrifice the 2 tapped saprolings. Summon 2 saprolings. Repeat. (You will end up with an arbitrary amount of life, 2 tapped saprolings and 2 untapped saprolings)
