Watch as these tiny little plants quickly grow in to an army of giant fungus monsters. Overwhelm your opponent with a board full of saprolings. Pump them up to 5/5 or bigger with Tendershoot Dryad, Song of Freyalise, Sporecrown Thallid, and Metallic Mimic. Then swing in for lethal damage with a unexpected dinosaur sidekick.

The ideal starting hand would be 2-3 lands (at least one of them a dual land), one or two two drop creatures (Metallic Mimic [ALWAYS NAME SAPROLINGS] or Sporecrown Thallid) and a spell such as Spore Swarm, Fungal Infection, or Saproling Migration for saproling production. (If someone's playing Mono-Green with Llanowar Elves on turn one, I like to play Fungal Infection on their turn just to annoy them. It's fun. Try it.)

Turn one: Forest, Swamp, or Blooming Marsh Turn two: Sporecrown Thallid Turn three: Metallic Mimic naming Saprolings Turn four: Saproling Migration unkicked or wait until opponent's end step to play Spore Swarm

Continue playing cards to produce Saps and cards to buff the Saps. Play Tendershoot Dryad ASAP

Use Vicious Offering to deal with big beefy creatures and sacrifce a Saproling for the kicker. (If you have Slimefoot, the Stowaway out, this play is even better.

Get enough power on the board to play Ghalta, Primal Hunger for his reduced cost.

Try to buff your Saprolings to at least 4/4s, if not 5/5s.

Use Song of Freyalise to help with mana fixing if need be, or just use it to swing in for lethal damage. It's versatile in this deck.
