Welcome

Idea behind this list it to basically take all the best parts of the old shuffle hulk shell and the better half of the consult scepter lineup and cram it into one deck. Heavy inspiration comes from Sigi from the Laboratory Maniacs, however I found that once the shell of the deck was done, you still had like 10-15 slots to fill still, so this is my take on it.

realistically,any A+B combo would suffice as a secondary win condition in this deck, but I prefer the one I have in the list due to the heavy amount of creatures that aren't awful to draw.

other options: Dramatic Scepter, Bomberman combo,Angel's Ad Nauseum, Mikaeus Skelly/Balista with a karmic guide package, ?????

Win Conditions

Primary win condition is to resolve Flash+Protean Hulk under either Silence or Grand Abolisher.

then you either grab Thassa's Oracle+Spellseeker(under grand abolisher)/Nomads en-Kor+Cephalid Illusionist ( under silence/ no open mana for a forbiden tutor)

your other win condition is grabbing Incubation Druid+Vigean Graftmage for infinite mana if that's what the situation calls for. Room can be made for the dramatic scepter/ad nauseum angel's grace combos, personally I feel like adding more A+B combos to the deck in worse colors isn't worth it when you can use cards you already want to play like Neoform in combination with Narset's Reversal to effectively run backup for your main combo or sneak ahead super early with bluffing plays to draw out counter spells before you try to flash in the hulk. Whichever way happens isn't bad.

Thoughts on the deck

Please for the love of god just ban flash or thassa's oracle. I'm fine with either but something needs to go this deck is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too good.
