This is a functional Oloro Lifegain deck, at about the cheapest price point I think is feasible. However, because of this, there are a lot of cards in this deck that are essentially downgrades from what the deck really wants to be running. I tried to get as close to the original effects as possible, but occasionally that proved challenging.

If you're looking at getting this deck and upgrading the pieces as you go, here are my suggestions for replacement and what to replace.

Mana Base

Really this is a solid base for a budget commander list of this kind. The swaps I'd make here are essentially to put in more better fixing lands. All the following swaps here cut into the basic lands the deck runs, but I'd recommend keeping at least one of each basic.

Temple of Enlightenment + Temple of Silence + Temple of Deceit

Celestial Colonnade + Shambling Vent + Creeping Tar Pit

Maze of Ith + Reliquary Tower + Westvale Abbey  

Removal

Here things start to get spicy. All the removal the deck runs is, essentially, worse versions of other things. Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, Mortify, and Rout are the only really good ones here. The rest should come out for some of these.

Crux of Fate -> Supreme Verdict

Death Grasp -> Anguished Unmaking

Disenchant -> Vona, Butcher of Magan

End Hostilities -> Cyclonic Rift

Parting Thoughts -> Toxic Deluge

Vendetta -> Karlov of the Ghost Council

Counterspells

The countermagic suite is a little underpowered, but generally covers your bases. Even so, I'd make these swaps, if possible.

Dissipate -> Swan Song

Dissolve -> Disallow

Negate -> Render Silent

Overrule -> Cryptic Command

Trial / Error -> Silumgar's Command

Lifegain

The lifegain spells here are mostly what you want them to be, but here are some better options.

The ramp in this deck is also relatively solid, but there are a few better choices.

Lots of upgrades can happen to this section as well, as some of the cards are almost unplayable in a nonbudget deck.

Win Conditions

This section has always been pretty cheap, which is why the deck works as a budget build. There are a few I cut due to cost, though.
