The game wining combo of the deck is based around setting up either Isochron Scepter with a tutor such as Mystical Tutor imprinted onto it. Or to have a planar portal on the battlefield. With both of these methods we can search our library every turn. We're gong to search for Beacon of Tomorrows. If we cast it, it then shuffles itself back into our library, for us to take infinite turns. The down side is that tefri can use his minus ability forever, he'll eventually die. This is why we have lots of card draw. We want to find other forms of artifact ramp, and cast them as a mana sink. Eventually we will reach a point where we don't need tefri any more to execute the combo.

How do we win with infinite turn? We have a bunch of planeswalkers who's ultimate's should practically win the game.
