This deck has seriously been the little deck that could and what was originally just a fun and cute idea of hey let's throw every planeswalker in Magic into a deck (this deck was my third deck built and it was built sometime in 2012 or 2013 - I don't remember exactly but it was before Commander 2013 came out) to this Super Friends monstrosity. The commander has changed three times over the years. Originally, and for the longest time, Progentius was the Commander. Then, for a couple of months, Niv-Mizzet Reborn was the commander and then Golos with his amazing activated ability was the absolute perfect five colour commander for Super Friends. I've never really considered changing this to be Atraxa super friends because the original idea was to put every Planeswalker in MTG into the deck (which was possible at the time this was built - obviously no longer possible) and by not wedging into Red I feel like the original purpose of the deck won't be achieved. Obviously, Atraxa super friends deck are really good - probably way better than mine but this deck has 8+ years of work done on it and it has gone from the little deck that could to Magic's version of Avengers are here to ruin your day. This is one of my favourite decks because of the journey it has been on and the story I can tell with it.
