This deck will probably put a smile on your face at the kitchen-table, and it's super-cheap! The deck can also surprise many competitive modern decks in the first round but are vulnerable for many sideboard cards. I've not made a sideboard because i only play kitchen table games without sideboards.
CREATURES
Favored Hoplite
Early bird. Grows with each spell targeting it (26 spells). All of the 26 spells makes it unblockable (more or less). 10 of the 26 spells makes it more or less untouchable (protection from colours). And 10 of the 26 spells have rebound, which speeds up the +1 +1 counters. Besides when it`s targeted by spells, all damage dealt to it rest of the turn is prevented.
Nivmagus elemental
Early bird. Grows With each Instant / sorcery spell that`s exiled (26). To make the best out of this effect you need lots of instants/sorceries to cast. The rebound Cards (10), drawing Cards (9), filtering Cards (6) and Hidden strings (4) gives you more chances of casting instants/soreceries.
Battlewise Hoplite
Semi-Early bird. Grows with each spell targeting it (26 spells). All of the 26 spells makes it unblockable (more or less). 10 of the 26 spells makes it more or less untouchable (protection from colours). And 10 of the 26 spells have rebound, which speeds up the +1 +1 counters. Besides you can scry 1 for each spell targeting it.
Favored Hero
Midgame bird. Grows with each spell targeting it (26 spells). All of the 26 spells makes it unblockable (more or less). 10 of the 26 spells makes it more or less untouchable (protection from colours). And 10 of the 26 spells have rebound, which speeds up the +1 +1 counters. Besides he have double strike! He can win you the game in a couple of rounds.
Shu yun, the silent tempest
Midgame bird. Grows with each spell targeting it (26 spells), but only until end of turn. All of the 26 spells makes it unblockable (more or less). 10 of the 26 spells makes it more or less untouchable (protection from colours). And 10 of the 26 spells have rebound, which speeds up the +1 +1. Besides he can give other creatures double strike.
