This is my first attempt at an EDM deck. I would love suggestions of good synergy but I only have a budget of around 15 dollars total. This was made entirely out of cards from my existing small collection. The strategy I'm going for is drawing as many cards as possible to trigger Niv-Mizzet's ability, and casting spells to draw those cards.
