Nothing too special here. Pretty much the usual suspects for a mono black deck.
Board seems nice, but Shattered Dreams should probably just be 3 more Duress .

Kjartan while I would love to run 7 copies of Duress , sadly I cannot ;) Been considering Funeral Charm though as it can be used to target/remove stuff as well.

MoonHollow124 I decided that you were right, and that it didn't make sense to exclude a sideboard for modern. So I added on, but still managing to keep the total for the deck under 20 dollars. Let me know what you think. Also Nevinyrral's Disk is not legal in modern.
