Super Aggro Valduk Voltron

Commander / EDH* Mono-Red

C-4567

Maybeboard

If you can tutor for anything, get Skullclamp out every day of the week. That card is TOO good in a red token deck that summons disposable 1 toughness guys and struggles with drawing.

Didn't realize until after I started building a deck for this guy just how aggressive he was.

Here's my thoughts on the curve you wanna have:

You want to play small equipment on turns 1 and/or 2, play Valduk on turn 3, then equip him with something on turn 4 (making Thran Dynamo your perfect turn 4 play). Ideally this happens every game, so consider this when selecting equipment cards and/or any other low CMC stuff.

You want to abuse the hell out of Valduk's combat trigger by casting spells that cause new battle phases. Seize the Day is probably the best card in the deck for this thanks to Flashback alone. I would say never use a second combat spell unless Valduk has at least 4 equipment on him. Otherwise you're not getting as much value as you'll need to on those massive damage turns.
