An original brew designed to make Torment of Hailfire work in a sultai shell. I love the idea of pumping a huge amount of mana into the spell to kill your opponent with an apocalyptic rain of magic. Nissa and the Gearhulks can also finish in a pinch. Let me know what you think, I especially need help figuring out what to put in the sideboard.
