The deck plays a lot of draw then discard or tutor to graveyard to get two or more creatures into the graveyard so that when The Mimeoplasm is played you can kill player(s) with infect, commander damage or a combo, often immediately.
Ground Seal protects the cards in your graveyard from targeted exile effects, The Mimeoplasm nor Necrotic Ooze need to actually target cards in the graveyard.
Any of the below plus one of the big creatures can kill a player.
- Blighted Agent : unblockable infect kill.
- Gaea's Revenge : haste commander damage kill, cant be targeted by a lot of spells and abilities.
- Jodah's Avenger : choose double strike and shadow for a commander damage kill.
- Putrefax : haste, trample & infect for the kill, but can only kill one player before having to sacrifice.
- Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon : leave a up for an immediate haste infect with flying kill.
- Spinebiter : blocking won't save players from this infect kill.
Then select any of the below for your +1/+1 counters.
- Death's Shadow vanilla 13 +1/+/1 counters
- Emrakul, the Promised End 13 +1/+/1 counters, can be hard casted for a discount if you want.
- Impervious Greatwurm 16 +1/+1/ counters
- Krosan Cloudscraper vanilla 13 +1/+/1 counters
- Lord of Extinction his effect is static regardless of zone
- Void Winnower only 11 +1/+1 counters which is enough for all but one of the above creature pairings, but isn't a bad choice as a clone target either as can do more than 21 damage, is difficult to block and locks out half the cards in the game from being cast.
1 Activate Hermit Druid on the same turn you have the mana available to also play The Mimeoplasm , preferably also with mana for a counterspell or at least any other blue players tapped out. Since there are no basic lands in the deck your entire library will go into the graveyard. You then cast The Mimeoplasm becoming a copy of Triskelion with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to Lord of Extinction 's power. You then can do 80+ damage to players.
2 With Phyrexian Devourer and Triskelion in the graveyard you can either cast Necrotic Ooze or become a copy of it with The Mimeoplasm . Exile cards off the top of your library until you have enough counters to kill all players. Buried Alive is all you need to set this up.
Decent amount of tutors to enable either of the above two combos or setup a cast of The Mimeoplasm for a traditional voltron/infect kill.
Ideally you want to protect your combo or cast of The Mimeoplasm with one of the below.

Self Discard/Mill: Kiora, Master of the Depths and Mind Rake
Recursion: Eternal Witness be mindful of your own Ground Seal
Boardwipes: Cyclonic Rift , Damnation & Life's Finale great for setting up a The Mimeoplasm from an opponent's creatures.
Protection/Haste: Lightning Greaves & Ground Seal
