This is a mono-blue control deck that splashes black and green for the Spreading Seas + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth combo. It slows down the opponent with counter and draw spells until it finds the combo, and then attacks the opponent's mana. I added Sylvan Scrying to get Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Fatal Push, Abrupt Decay, and Tasigur, the Golden Fang because I already splashed green and black. To add to the combo, I added some semi land destruction cards that can have other functions: Boomerang and Squelch.
