So this is basically a somewhat budgeted Sultai deck. I was deciding between Grixis or Goblins, but I went with Sultai, because

1. A lot of good cards have come out lately in this set of colors

2. Deathrite Shaman isn't banned in Pioneer

and 3. I love midrange decks

All these things got me brainstorming for decks and then I got here. Any suggestions are welcome, but I'm only gonna use cards that are under $50. Also, sideboard recommendations would be super great, as I am unfamiliar with the pioneer meta.
