This is a deck built around Mayhem Devil and sacrificing creatures. There are plenty of outlets for sacrificing, between Fireblade Artist, Priest of Forgotten Gods, Costly Plunder, then the Goblin subtheme with Skirk Prospector and Fanatical Firebrand Being able to sacrifice themselves and Prospector sac'n other goblins for mana ramp. Goblin Instigator is good for extra sacrifice targets. Dreadhorde Butcher can get out of hand fast. Mayhem Devil and Judith lead the squad, making all the suicidal dummies pay off in the end.

You could potentially splash into Mardu for a few Cruel Celebrant/Corpse Knight, I honestly think a pair of either or both would not be unreasonable. Lots of creatures dying, lots of cheap creatures to play. Maybe drop Priest for a pair of Celebrant and one each of Judith and Mayhem Devil for a pair of Corpse Knight? Drop 1 Bedevil for 1 Mortify, second Mortify in sideboard. Despark has potential, as does sideboard Ixalan's Binding.
