So here's how this works:

Use Wall of Blood with Rite of Consumption to drop your life by X and hit your opponent for X (i.e. 15) and regain that amount. If Phyrexian Unlife is on the table, then X can be even 20.

Now again, if Phyrexian Unlife is on the table, and your life is less that 0 (i.e. -10) use Death's Shadow and it'll be buffed by that amount. You can additionally drop your life with Ad Nauseam and Dark Tutelage . Notice that placing Dying Wish on your creatures, and the sac'ing them, you'll deal double their power and gain twice as much life. If you'll use Tainted Sigil straight after that you're golden.

So this deck usually wins in 4th round: Wall of Blood + pay 10 life + Dying Wish + Rite of Consumption = you gain 20 life, opponent loses 20 life.

Also remember to use Elixir of Immortality straight after milling yourself with Ad Nauseam .

And Near-Death Experience is really just to pressure opponents and for the lulz.
