So, this is a variation of my first iteration, adding white. The win condition is to play a pact (except Pact of Negation), cast Sudden Substitution on one of their creatures (or the one generated with Forbidden Orchard) and pass, making them lose the game from the lack of the right colored mana.

Merchant's Scroll is usually to get Sudden Substitution, Cunning Wish is to get a Substitution or a Pact from the side (or one of the other instants in a last resort), and you have the usual blue cantrip and counterspells assortment in Legacy to keep you alive (plus PoN, which you don't care to use as a counterspell to protect the combo, as they'll be dead next turn; you can't use that pact for Sudden Substitution win, because the way the SS is ruled, you'll be able to redirect PoN on Sudden Substitution while it is still on the stack, and when SS resolves, PoN doesn't have a target, countering it and preventing the lose clause). Teferi is mainly to prevent counterspells, to let you cast a few cantrips or Merchant's Scroll at end of turn, and to bounce annoying permanents.
