Higure, the Still Wind was my original Commander when I built this Deck before Ifound out about Vela the Night-Clad . I even named this deck as Sub-Zero just to be silly.

I originally wanted a Mono blue Ninja-Tribal deck but was sadly disappointed to only 10 Ninjas. But I love how fluid Vela works specifically for Ninjas. But shes abit costly for CMC. She helps bring everyone together as their Queen. ;)

Any advice, please comment below please!

Edit: After lots of brainstorming, Ive decided rework Vela around being multiplayer or possibly just compatible with both 1v1 and Multiplayer. My first draft of Her didn't have enough mana rocks or card draw, it was just specifically geared around ninjutsu. I hope this synergies alot better than before.

Ive decided to mix Vela more multiplayer and control with a bit of mill, at first I was highly against but through trial and error I had no choice.
